WHO WE ARE
ESTAP ELECTRONIC PACKAGING company has been a major force in the Turkey electronics enclosures industry since 1989.
The company offers a comprehensive range of techical solutions in the field of instrument and equipment enclosures, state-of-the-art 19" racks and cabinets, indoor/outdoor telecom enclosures, SOHO enclosures, Subracks, especially for Telecommunication, LAN/WAN , Networking, Computer Systems and Rooms, from the preliminary specification stage through the protolype to mass production. We own and operate state-of-the art computer assisted machinery and equipment. Cutling - edge technology is incorporated in every process, workstation and assembly line at our manufacturing plant. ESTAP specialized in enclosures for data communication equipment from basic 19" RACKS, CABINETS and ACCESSORIES, COMMUNICATION RACK CABINETS, SERVER RACK CABINETS to an extensive variety of panels and accessories.
Our company working with highly skillful manpower, high technological CNC machines (punching, laser & bending etc .... ), Automated Electrostatic Powder Coating and Wet Painting Line with surface treatment process, high stock in own two factories Istanbul:5000m2 + Eskisehir:15000m2 closed area, 40.000m2 open area, with ISO 9001 from RWTUV, UL certification for USA-Canada-Mexico, GS certification for Germany and Turkish Standart Instutie TSEK rules and needs.
Highly modern and flexible machinery ensure highest standards of quality, considerable flexibility, daily three-shift-runs (total worker=270 people; white collar-42, blue collar-228) , just-in time shipment, statistical process control, and ERP/MRP managed by total quality management and continuous improvement programs for your volume production needs. Estap is dedicated to providing its customers with unparalled service, logistics, flexibility, engineering, quality products that ar cost elfective and deliver optimum performance with continuous technical support, and long term partnering.
